Busy Day

The day started out with Dale and I hitting the garage sales.  We had good luck at one sale...4 quarts of Automatic Transmission Fluid, a router with a bit and a large block for $18. Then this afternoon I attended the local composting expo as a panelist.  It was a really good meeting.

Back home again I started working on my curb appeal.  I open on Monday and the place is a mess!!  The main project was spreading fresh wood chips in the pathways.  Some of them have gotten quite muddy and really need it!  Carolyn stopped by and helped for a while.  Look at her great idea for packing a lot of chips in one load...

GENIUS!

I know it is redundant and boring to read about but I can't help mentioning that the weather stank again today.  Holy Cow!  I did see a few brave bumblebees though!

Be sure to check the duck log...there are some hilarious photos from today!
