Peanut Butter Pie

Now that the gardening season is winding down there is more time to do things indoors.  Fun things, like cooking and baking.  (There's never enough time for boring things like cleaning!)  Levi wanted to make peanut butter pie....He really is a good cook!

First, the crust....we went with the easy pre-made type.  Homemade is definitely better....

Then the smooth chocolate....

Then the peanut butter, cream cheese, cool whip filling....

Then the chocolate sauce drizzle...

And then the magic!

Look at that!!!!

Oh, by the way....he shaved all his hair off for the Regional Swim Meet.  Scarey looking isn't he?  I told him he look like a Nazi skinhead!!

And now to lick the spoon...

I told you he was scarey looking!!!

He even made some miniature ones...

Yummy!!
