Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah.......

Went down to the beach again today....blah blah blah blah blah fish blah blah blah blah blah blah.....

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah fish blah blah blah blah seaweed blah blah....

I know it's boring, but it REALLY IS CRITICAL to get down to the beach while the getting is good! Every tide changes what's available. This spot had salmon about a foot deep just a few days ago...not look at it.
And the seaweed! Where did it go? Fortunately the seaweed will come and go all Fall.

This stream has been roaring from all of the rain in the mountains....

....so most of the fish carcasses have been washed out.

So even though it's boring...  it must be done.....and it's almost over.

I am convinced that the success of a garden in Southeast Alaska, will be in direct proportion to the amount of stuff form the beach that you put into it.
