The Rhubarb Is Shivering!

Although we are not experiencing weather as horrendous as what the rest of the United States is experiencing, it's plenty cold.....

Do you think it's ever going to warm up, Lucy?

It's hard to imagine that the garden was once brimming over with verdant vegetation.....

I think the rhubarb is sorry it ever poked its head up out of the ground. Mother Nature played a cruel joke on it when the temperature reached 60 degrees a couple of weeks ago.

Chicken down.....

Well, I certainly can't work outside...

So I think I will snuggle under my blanket on the couch with my favorite lap warmer and do some crocheting...as long as I can keep him from trying to grab my yarn.....

I hope you're someplace safe and warm tonight.
